It’s kind of fascinating. It’s like they use English words but do not speak English. They do not understand English when it’s spoken to them, evidenced by the response they give.
It's called a creole or pidgin language.

I've noticed with a lot of ghetto / nig nog dialect they often leave the last few letters off words and then kind of mush all the words together into a continuous sound, like each word isn't a separate word (if that makes sense) - example
"Who do you think you are telling me not to wear a hat like that?"

Nig Nog - "Whay-aat-chawltellinme-ainwearinnahat-lay-DAT" (spoken with no breaks)
