It's called a creole or pidgin language.It’s kind of fascinating. It’s like they use English words but do not speak English. They do not understand English when it’s spoken to them, evidenced by the response they give.
I've noticed with a lot of ghetto / nig nog dialect they often leave the last few letters off words and then kind of mush all the words together into a continuous sound, like each word isn't a separate word (if that makes sense) - exampleIt's called a creole or pidgin language.
