Looks like the guy on the bike kind of deserved it. He was driving in the bicycle lane. On the other hand the guy who hit him wasn't paying attention, and could have just as easily hit a cyclist.
They both are idiots though.

I know that exact spot I used to drive to work there. Bay st South Melbourne. The guy in the right lane isn't allowed to do a left turn cutting across traffic to do that left turn. He should do it from the left lane only so he fucked up. Left turns from left lane only. He's also turned into oncoming traffic in the lane next to him, he's an impatient cunt. Punches deserved.
