No issues with her not being right for the job. Without a deadly weapon what can she do against a violent criminal who can fold her in two. The real problem is how officers are equipped over there.

Front line Police Officers need to be equipped with guns not fuckin pathetic tasers that do nothing. Police on front line are not protected enough, what good is a baton when you cannot use it . The police will be in trouble for assault and face disciplinary action for wrongful use of baton. Police should be given more powers in UK.
