The guy who bailed and then got nailed by the pedestrian car definitely had Beastie Boys’ "Sabotage" blasting in his brain. He was thinking,

He was jailed, his freedom severely curtailed.
The cops are really going to throw the book at him for this carry on. He drove right across Melbourne, slamming into other cars, smashing his stolen vehicle up, driving on a front rim with fire pouring out for km and km... madness! I reckon he will be found psychotic on ice/meth.
