Always is. I never got the, "Dude, if you just pay 15 dollars more you can get a hotel with breakfast." And breakfast is always some gross shit wit stale bagels, old muffins, and inedible eggs. Just get a hotel without breakfast, and take that 15 dollars to a nice diner for fucking steak and eggs or something.
