Sauerkraut, stewed briefly in a thick sauce of tomatoes (fresh + tin of tomato paste), onions and diced potatoes, with boiled eggs on the side. For dessert: pineapple in pomegranate syrup. Followed by a cup of black coffee.

Saturday curry was a chicken Balti with naan and onion bhaji. Tried a new rice Aani golden sella if you haven’t tried golden sella please do every grain is perfect and separate and it tastes amazing,I’ve tried a few brands of it and this one is excellent.
