I don't know about magnetic Poles reversing, but they do move slowly over time. What I think would answer your question lies in the following.

Milankovitch Cycles: These are long-term, cyclical changes in Earth's orbit and axial tilt that influence the amount of solar energy received at different latitudes and seasons.

Eccentricity: The shape of Earth's orbit varies over long periods, affecting the amount of sunlight received throughout the year.

Obliquity: The tilt of Earth's axis changes, which influences the intensity of the seasons.

Precession: The wobble of Earth's axis affects when each season occurs in relation to the orbit's position.

I know about those effects, they’re real and contribute to climate change over hundreds of thousands or even millions of years.

But the climate change since the Industrial Revolution has been ridiculously fast in geological terms. There’s volumes of evidence and theory showing that it’s human-caused.
