beatings Tired Of Babbling Female Coworker

Beating was not about "gossiping", "babbling" here is the back story (Salvador, Bahia, Brazil):

Quote:

"Employee assaulted colleague after being prevented from entering condominium.

The crime occurred in a condominium in Salvador and was filmed by security cameras; the employee was suspended.

The employee who assaulted a coworker with a helmet in Salvador, Bahia, committed the crime after being prevented from entering the condominium where he worked by riding his motorcycle against the flow of traffic. The entire incident was recorded by a security camera.
The assaults took place on Saturday (8), at the entrance of the condominium where the two worked. In the images, it is possible to see the moment when the suspect picks up a helmet that was on the table and uses it to hit his colleague's head. The case is being investigated by the Civil Police, who did not disclose the name of the aggressor and informed that they are carrying out investigations to locate him.

The building's superintendent, Ricardo Correia, informed g1 that the employee was finishing her shift at the time of the assault. She and the assailant did not usually work the same shift.
Upon realizing that the man was trying to enter against the flow of traffic, the victim refused to open the gate and warned him that, should he insist on entering through the wrong place, he would need to have the incident documented in the minutes.

Security camera footage shows the two arguing shortly before the assault. Although the footage has no audio, it is possible to see the suspect lose control, hit the woman with his helmet, take her belongings, slap her, and then flee.
According to the building manager, the man had no history of problems at work and could not be located after the incident. The victim called for help from other employees using a walkie-talkie and was assisted by the staff. She was then taken to the police station, where she filed a report.

"Physically, she is recovering, but she will need emotional and psychological support," Ricardo Correia told the portal.
In a statement released this Tuesday (11), Condomínio Campo Belo informed that the employee was dismissed through Grupo Solução, the company responsible for managing the site, and that the procedures for his dismissal are underway.
The case remains under investigation by the Civil Police, who are keeping the suspect's name confidential."

Edited to replace wrong word: "gossiping" = "babbling"
