I was thinking Vietnamese (masturbating dude), beheaded, quartered, and boiled into Pho. I mean, he offered himself.. we'd be disrespectful to remiss his death. I'm not serious, jsyk.

tell me what you use it with/for...
Anything salty or savory. Anything other than sweet or raw foods. It doesn't have a recognizable or easily discernible flavor yet it makes everything you put it in taste marginally (but noticeably) better. Sauces, seasoning meat, spice mixes, I've brined things with it. 80% the salinity of table salt, I'll use less salt and add msg to most everything. I add msg to any store bought seasonings that don't already contain it. If you've never used it before, try frying an egg and sprinkling a good pinch over the top before flipping it.

i have more questions but its late - i shall ask you again...

I messed up this year for mums birthday
(But I'll make a great dinner for us all when I get there today)

Anyway I fcked up the cake 😱🙀😱😳🫣

Onw half is passion fruit and vanilla
The other half is chocolate fudge
The cakes and ganache/buttercream
Are okay...

But I should have covered it in fondant.. like I'd planned
Instead, I was a twit and tried to do a white and milk chocolate glaze..
Only to then realise I wouldn't ve able to decorate over it 😭
And honestly
It looks shabby af...

But! I did make a little fondant topper to have at the side anyway 😅 (yes it's sickly and cutesy, shh.. she's into bears)
