Anything salty or savory. Anything other than sweet or raw foods. It doesn't have a recognizable or easily discernible flavor yet it makes everything you put it in taste marginally (but noticeably) better. Sauces, seasoning meat, spice mixes, I've brined things with it. 80% the salinity of table salt, I'll use less salt and add msg to most everything. I add msg to any store bought seasonings that don't already contain it. If you've never used it before, try frying an egg and sprinkling a good pinch over the top before flipping it.tell me what you use it with/for...
