Looks like Ukrainian gangsters stole $10 million from the wrong people, and now their son has been kidnapped and dismembered.

In the below video, Igor confessed he was involved with the operation of a call center used to scam Russian citizens.
Komarov states that protection and security for call centers were provided by Oleksandr Petrovskyi (Narik), who received $15,000 per month from one office for this. Additionally, Narik protected other offices, charging them $30,000 per month each.
The rest of the security was provided by SSU employees, as well as the current head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Serhiy Lysak. This is implying the involvement of the Ukrainian government.
Komarov also claimed that under the patronage of Narik and Lysak, a network of call centers belonging to the organized crime group "Dev’yatky" operating in Dnipro.
The kidnappers sent this next video, which stated: no mafia contacts or police can help.
In the video, he says they hacked off his fingers, broke his legs, and will soon hack off his arm or more.
The kidnappers demand $10,000,000 – money they say was stolen from them.
