How dark can it be?

You had me in tears even before the end.... I understand the nuances of our dialects. I am from the deep south of America. We speak slower and tend to push words together so sometimes it is hard to understand us unless you have a reference.

True story: my wife and I went to Alabama, she’s from upstate New York, and we did this tour and I had to interpret certain words for her that the tour guide used.

@Sauerkraut I can totally relate to that. My wife and I went to the island of St Martin for our 20th wedding anniversary. Everywhere we went they all wanted was to just hear us talk. They would get a kick out of the southern accent that we had and they all loved it.
