It's a 60 page paper. I'll give you a synopsis: the average IQ for the human race is 100, for white Americans it's 102, for black Americans it's 85. Mental retardation is 70 therefore the average IQ of Blacks is halfway between what is average for the human race and retarded. When you see a black person who behaves more retarded than the others, he or she is literally retarded.

I have wondered for many years if selective breeding during the slave era is partially responsible for that. Some slaves were definitely selectively bred during that time, and a strong slave is more useful than an intelligent slave. I think that's part of the reason blacks tend to dominate sports in the USA, as well.

Strength, speed, and endurance are all valuable traits in a slave and an athlete. Brains? Not so much. Intelligence eventually leads to questions about one's position in life, and no slave owner wants that.

There is also the tendency to jump to violence and the apparent lack of ability to think ahead to the likely outcomes of their actions. In my experience, even the most respectable Blacks don't take responsibility for their mistakes and don't treat their dogs well. Then of course there seems to be some problem with speaking and wearing clothing properly, but I suspect that those things might be intentional.
