Crazy how that shit pulls you back to life. I had to narcan some random ass dude at the fishing hole a few years back. I thought he was dead. His old lady screaming at him to wake up cause she didn't wanna havta to use their last narcan... I'm like well, you have options. I'll load him in your car, hide you drugs here, and take him to er. You can call an ambulance here. You can let him die. Or you can use your last nasal thing... she went to car and grabbed the remedy. Brought him back to life within like 4 minutes. I had already loaded him in the car at that point, when he started coming back around. I went back to my car and hit a bowl. Packed another and went back to the guy and offered him a hit. He was all na, I'm good. I looked in the driver seat at the lady... bitch was slumped over the center console like she was od'ing. I said fuck this, packed up, and left. Idk whatever happened to them. I hope she died.

Stick any fish at least?
I'm not trying to sound cool, but literally every time. That doesn't mean large, but I'll take 8 or 9 3-4lb catfish in a night, just the same as 1 giant. I catch and release, so it's all for fun. Frfr though... I've never met a catfish that won't eat a chicken liver at night. The river where I live is well populated.

Dude them things are crazy!!! I've seen videos of dudes using large poppers on the surface and the hits are wild afffff!!! I would take 1 of them over 7 or 8 little ones any time 😆
The record is around 300lb from the river Ebro in Spain, biggest I've ever caught in UK was around 30lb and that was a scrap at that size, one of a few fish that can swim backwards.

I have different things i enjoy with fishing. I really prefer live bait, bass fishing. We have awesome small mouth, big large mouth and idk if it's the proper term, but they call them red eye bass here. Them things smack hard. Minnows, crayfish and these things called hellgrammites. I've caught every fish in my river except a musky on them!
I used to set a minnow trap in the creek, but then homeless people started hanging around that spot. Started using a cast net. More efficient and less worrisome. But where it's really at is flipping rocks in the shallows and catching crayfish lol. That shit fun afff!! I like catfishing cause there's not a lot of people out at 2am in my area. It's quiet.

Yeah you cant beat live bait. Cast net is the way to go.
I use lures most of the time, but I use live bait out in the ocean a lot.
And those red eye bass, they have them up in Norcal in the rivers. Youre right, they hit harder than small mouth I think.

Idgaf what anyone says, catfish is yummy af. I helped nurse some white dude who was overdosing at my work a few years back. I lost too many ppl to overdosing. One of them died right next to me while I was sleeping. So, I hate this shit, and was going to make sure to keep that dude awake. The fire department came and took over. I hope he figured it out.
