Yeah, the homeless in the third world are probably real homeless if they can't even make the shit-level grade of normal life in those places. I've lived and worked near homeless shelters and "harm-reduction" centers for years and can tell you that those are not homeless, just enabled scumbags who don't want to follow rules. Throwing their trash everywhere, doing hard drugs and acting like assholes in public, and disrespecting everything and everyone. I would not have a problem seeing them all marched off to an extermination center. Some of them would probably even welcome that, being that they've given up on civilzed life.
