Warning: Children 3yr old girl ran out onto the road & got hit

In Abakan, a 3-year-old girl ran out onto the road and was hit by a car.

The child suddenly jumped out from behind a parked car, so the driver didn't notice her. The victim was hospitalized.

The car owner was in shock after the incident.
