They don't shower often, so they have to get less dirty... And squatting to poop means the poop drags less on the sides of their butts, I think, and that way they end up getting less messy.

Bet it was an Indian. They are obsessed with pooping everywhere. It’s gross. I like a good shit myself but we have a toilet and toilet paper to wipe my ass with plus a clean sink and soap to wash my hands.
