The ignorance is strong in this one. Charles Manson was not a serial killer. He was a cult leader who ordered murders. A person has to personally commit multiple murders in separate events to be considered as an actual serial murderer.

The vast majority of serial killers are not psychotic. Psychotics suffer delusions/hallucinations causing a disconnect from reality. On this list only Ed Gein would fully qualify as psychotic since he was found legally insane and committed to a mental hospital for the remainder of his life.

Richard was not a serial killer. I'm so tired of him being put in that category. He was a hitman huge difference.

Ummm, no. I was there. In the 60's and 70's EVERYONE got laid, left/right/center...if you DIDN'T-that was definitely on you. It was a 101% GURANTEE IF you lowered standards and went for the fat chics. It was more like "open season" and that's WHY there are a large number of "serialists" around this time. NO internet, nor tons of cheap crap to keep you "occupied", either.
