It needs to be a studied phenomena on how UK film directors start a series with a nice premise and fuck up the sequels with either too much wackiness or scenes just scenes that feel like they belong more on a PSA than a movie.

At some point, better producers and directors will step up and make better sequels. I always thought a great title for a new sequel in the franchise would be "TWENTY EIGHT WEEKS...and counting."

Big fan of the first one. The other ones are still decent. It's Like the Alien movies. First one was great. Aliens was a kick ass action movie. Then 3 and 4 were decent and the rest got better.
