You ever hear the expression "You're so smart, that your actually dumb" I mean some people have all the brains, intelligence, and what not, but still DUMB...
Get one little strand of the common cold, and people lose thier mind, "Oh, it's covid, better get tested" You have allergies-covid, bronchitis-covid, infection in the body,-covid, oh you broke your foot, maybe it's covid... Like GTFOH with that shit...

It is your business if you choose to have the vax, but don't attack other's beliefs if they choose not to have it. Doesn't mean anybody is some whack job conspiracist either.

I think that's where they get ya, series of pokes? Shouldn't one have been enough? I don't buy it, not one bit. Everyone i've talked too, have got even worse after the vax, have developed chronic sinus/allergies that they never experienced, and dry lingering cough, onset headaches, loss of taste, and partial smells. I have a few friends who totally regret it, but their job was on the line especially working in healthcare. I feel bad for them and threatening people that will lose their jobs, is unFUCKING constitutional imo.

I had it twice also. The first time was quite mild and before vaccinations against covid were being distributed. The second time, about 9 months later was even more mild. I haven't gotten the jab and I have no intention on doing so.

It appears we had closely similar experiences though your first bout was a "rough time". For our second bout, we each had it easier despite you being vaxed and myself not being vaxed. I am not anti-vax. I don't care whether anybody chooses to or not. It's their choice and not my problem. I am concerned for family members who got it though. But, there is nothing I can do about that.

How do you know for sure the symptoms of your second bout weren't diminished by your own natural anti-bodies rather than the vax? Most peoples' second time is almost always milder than their first round whether they were vaxed or not. The results tend to be the same either way barring any previously existing conditions. Because of that, I cant' be convinced that the jab even works.

My wife is immunosuppressed due to medication she is on, it would be irresponsible of me to not get vaxxed.

Also, the Scientists, and when I use that word, I don't mean "dave" from goregrish. The scientists reckon that natural immunity drops off after 6 months, significantly. As I said, it was over a year apart since catching covid, so I'm guessing if they are correct, my natural immunity was pretty much gone by that point.

The reason it's gained so much attention is because (unlike vaccines in the past) - the recent Covid one has been shrouded in secrecy and statistics are starting to show very alarming numbers of people suffering adverse affects. Pfizer also caught out lying about their test trials , on and on it goes. It's not like other vaccines of the past - that's why people care so much. Too many red flags with it. (by the way , for many people it wasn't a CHOICE ... mandates were not a choice!)

Put it this way , we had military helicopters fly over our houses every night for three months, it was fucking crazy ! road blocks and people being dragged from their cars if they were over five miles out of an exclusion zone. Looking back I can easily see how everyone sank into a weird depressive tormented insanity. If it was the Government's plan to fuck with everyone's minds then it certainly worked at least during that time.

My daughter has had covid 3 times, very mild symptoms I have had it once and despite being around people at work and at home that had covid I did not get covid till 4 weeks after my second jab which to me is enough proof that the vaccine is fucking useless and I will never get a 3rd, 4th or even 10th which is the way things are going right now.

I don't remember any persecution against unvaxxed people. I remember a bunch of asshats screaming their rights were being violated if they were asked to wear a mask. And yeah there was backlash against that. But I worked throughout the shutdown and we weren't even allowed to ask staff their vaccination status.


Well now we need to get into the general public's understanding of prevention versus the medical community's understanding.

An individual who gets a vaccine, and that's any vaccine, this is true for measles and mumps vaccines as well....that individual can still contract measles, mumps, covid. An individual still can.

However, vaccines greatly lower the rate of infection in populations via herd immunity thus preventing the spread of the disease to such an extent that it can eventually be eradicated in the population. Like smallpox. However ALL vaccines require a critical mass of the population be vaccinated to accomplish this.

So, in a controlled test, the vaccine could be 100% effective at preventing infection in that population. Simultaneously, an individual who is vaccinated in an entirely different population without the same rate of vaccination could still be infected. These two things can, and do, coexist.

This isn't lies versus the truth. This is the general public wanting the efficacy of a mandated vaccination (like measles in the US) but at the participation rate of the flu vaccine. They want a 100% guarantee before getting vaccinated....but that guarantee requires everyone be vaccinated. You can't have 100% efficacy in a population where only 50% of people are vaccinated. That's not the vaccines fault, it's math.

I had a friend die from covid last year. It was suprising she was 44 and a damned zumba instructor.

A 21 year old, just graduated college died of Covid here 2 months ago. Vaxxed.
