I think there's a vast difference between laughing at an oblivious China man getting squished versus laughing at a dead relative even if they were an asshole. I could be a hypocrite. Christ knows these forums are ripe with them...

I have always heard people say to not speak ill of the dead. and I think it's a superstition. If I spent my life being an asshole (and I have) I don't see any reason why people should pretend that I wasn't an asshole. That's just how I think. Of course, I would prefer it if they didn't make a TikTok video with my corpse in the background. I would hate to look up from heaven and see that.
