In this instance? (And believe me, that’s a retarded nigger) the cops had no fucking business at a public place to start shit because someone was in a handicapped parking spot. Because first of all? There ain’t that many goddamn handicapped ppl at Walmart at one time ever! And to me? They should put the handicapped in the back of the parking lot! Fuck em!

I’ve been given a ticket at school parked in the handicapped parking for 2 minutes to pick up my son cause he was sick and I was signing him out? The fucking police prick writes me a ticket when it was the only parking spot available and there is NO fucking handicap fuckstick coming to school around lunchtime. So in this instance I’ll say that was picking on the retarded ass nigger.
