ok so whats trump gunna do. impose more tariffs against china for this stunt?
find a different trade route possibly? so panama looses 100k every shipment? which doesnt sound like such a bad idea after all.

Can't see any good having a Russian/Chinese influence in that area & with China building ports in/around the Magellan Strait it will have a stranglehold on US shipping & Naval movements, you don't need to be a genius to work out China's/ Russia's game, South China Sea for example.
