cops are some of the dumbest people I swear, assuming they where there to arrest the person we seen in the start of the video. they then both turn their backs to someone they needed guns to arrest to shot some dog that was not attacking no one. dude could have just stood up and clapped both those cops easy and honestly should have done so

I'm no video analyst but it doesn't appear to me that neither dog was attacking. As stated by others here, it looks like they were just curious. What really pisses me off is that fact that the first dog was suffering after the shots. They could have at least had the dignity to put it out of its misery.
