There are many factors as to why a nig nogs. Not all of them act this way though. It's baffling is it not?

Perhaps. I don't think there might be an inherent aggression component to them. (I'm not 100% sure, though). I think it most likely has to do with how they're raised and other cultural and environmental factors.
