Serious Are there any professions that you consider a red flag when it comes to relationships?

It's also true that I'm quite particular. For example, if you come to me and say, "I made a mistake, I apologize, I'll try to make sure it doesn't happen again next time.." there will be a next time we see each other. But if you come to me, don't apologize, and say, "I'll make it up to you the next time we see each other" there won't be a next time....
Depending on the situation, I'm totally behind this POV. I dont suffer fools gladly. But I still retain my empathy.

There is no way you went out with a pro knitter ! Was 70 ? lol

Lol! Nah, she's 35.

What I can tell you is that she's very affectionate. She's the kind of woman who, for example, while you're sitting working she'll come in wearing only her underwear, climb on top of you with her legs spread, and spend the whole day like that, caressing and kissing you. But curiously, at the same time, she's submissive in bed...

She's quite humble and not demanding. Any kind of outing with her is appreciated by her, whether it's going for a drink in a park, going to an expensive restaurant (she appreciates it, but doesn't feel comfortable in expensive restaurants), or taking her for a vacation somewhere. She values any kind of outing, even if it's just for a couple of hours. I think all this is perhaps because her profession keeps her indoors and alone for long periods, and it doesn't exactly generate good money, which makes her feel insecure/unconfortable for example in expensive restaurants because she can't afford expensive clothes...

But just like with the lawyer thing, I only dated one knitter, so I can't take all this as a pattern either...

Sounds annoying asf, ngl.

Obviously I am working, woman. Why you gotta be all up in my grill with your nonsense

Yeah, for most people it's annoying. And it's perfectly logical that it should be so.

I've had important work meetings where I turned off my camera because she was hugging and kissing me, but in my particular case, being an affectionate (and sexual) person myself, it doesn't bother me at all, and it's also true that, while she was passionate, she was also respectful, she always asked beforehand..

Lol, I have a Masters in Organizational Psychology. But I actually moved away from the clinical part and chose research because I found most students insufferable in the way you described. Lots of troubled people thinking they could fix themselves and others through reading some books. Ofcourse, Psychology goes deeper than that, but it's one of the professions in which lots of people suffer from occupational deformity.

Not all of them though! I am still very intelligent, beautiful and above all, extremely modest!
