Isn't a cop "dressed as a civilian" just an off-duty cop? I'd think if he was undercover he would have had a bullet proof vest or something, and he got pegged too so he obviously didn't. And that heifer with him certainly wasn't a cop, she just waddled right out of there as fast as her sausage legs would take her.
