That would be because it's a fake. The first thing police typically do when they pull someone over is tell you who they are and what agency they are with. In addition, a cop who cannot see inside the vehicle and asks to open all windows is not going to go up and knock like that on the window. This is just for clicks. The original poster of this video hides it behind a membership on youtube.
I have been stoped three times while legally carrying a firearm.
I never had an issue and on all three occasions was let go with no citation.

I carry, and I am required to inform any law enforcement officers that I have the permit, and then let them know whether or not I am carrying at that moment. This FBI guy is being the douche, and I have my doubts as to whether this is real.
