Had a discussion with @wiggins about history and learning from our mistakes regarding war. Sure we can shake hands over a pint and talk about old times friend and foe, but ultimately we're hard wired for war and it wouldn't take much more than a drop of the hat and we'd be right back at it...as we are now proxy, or otherwise.

I have never witnessed a time of greater weakness amoung the youth as there is today. I was changing engines and transmissions by time I was 16, todays 20 year olds can't start a lawnmower.
