Do you have any medical questions you’d like one of the resident Goregrish doctors to answer? Sometimes we just want to know the medical side of things from a persons perspective, not just what we read from online searches.

My question - the inside of my big toe is numb to the touch. Like the side of toe down to the web. Any thoughts on this?

Perhaps some deep peroneal nerve issue..? The spinal dermatome matches your described area of numbness.

Do you sit cross legged a lot? Or maybe severely constipated so you spend hours sat on a toilet with the seat carefully compressing just the right bit of your sciatic nerve giving the impression of a more distal nerve palsy?

😂

You can also ask ChatGPT or some other AI. It'll give you a pretty good idea of what you're looking at.

Dear Doctor Flatus.

As you may know I'm driving across Australia now with @irregnum in the boot of my car along with a long handled shovel and a bag of lime. (consensual).

He complains a lot of cramps due to the position he has to assume whilst in the boot. He also has numbness on the inside of his toes. I wonder if you would be able to suggest anything or any drug with which he could alleviate his complaint?

Your faithful servant

Mr Wiggins. Esq.

I’ve actually got a question. When you see those video where people get body slammed in the ground and the start spazzing out is it like game over or is it in any way recoverable?

Give him some viagra and his gargantuan penis will engorge, filling the remaining volume within the boot. It won’t really help with the cramps, but the drive will be quieter with less rattling around if you his any bumps in the road.

You’ve nailed it, doc. I was sitting on the pooper when I wrote this. But not for constipation, but lack of a colon (as previously discussed elsewhere).

Ergo I poop like 8x a day. I’m must have been leaning on that nerve in my leg with my elbow.

Oh shit this is becoming a wild DD... :mario:

Hello, I have a problem with my mitral valve. I have no symptoms. One doctor said I only needed monitoring. Another doctor said I needed surgery. However, I refused because, despite being young, I am fragile and have other problems, in addition to being afraid of the procedure.

What do you advise me to do, surgery or not?

Dear doctors,

Thanks for drugs, and fondling my balls.

May my next physical be done by a female, and the drugs prescribed to me stuff I've not had before so I'm high as shit the first time I take it.

God bless you
