Granny was cute, she seems happy, but this one is truly sad. All those people with conditions easily treated or controlled in our countries, but they get some herbal medicine, a prayer, and just endure it while their condition progresses... Awful. I can't imagine how awful it would be to just watch it growing and evolving with time.
