this mentality is where it is all wrong. She’s not a criminal. She looks like a decent member of society on her way to work, she isnt being caught stealing or injuring someone. She was speeding to get to work. How many of us do this on a daily basis ? You probably do it several times a day and just hope you don’t get caught! Police officers are there to serve the people. He should be more sympathetic. She doesn’t looks like a criminal with a 3 page rap sheet. Give her a warning. How many times do we see an officer order a black person to comply and they refuse over and over again? Police should let her go. She’s not contributing to society’s problems she looks like a customer service agent that deals with people all day. Now she has to go to jail / court / pay a fine because the officer didn’t “ give her a minute “. This doesn’t happen to her often , she prob doesn’t understand what to expect or do.
