We had Joachim Kroll in the city during the '60s; he raped, killed and butchered kids/men/women and ate them partly. I even saw him once ~20 years later from my window how he had to walk alone his 'free-hour' in the prison yard. He was always separated from the others.

Not much. They caught Peter Sutcliffe (Yorkshire Ripper) on Melbourne Avenue. It’s a small driveway type road that leads to old listed buildings. So it hasn’t changed much as the listed buildings can’t be altered. They are mostly a private girl’s school now 😂.
