I was told its pretty easy passing your motorcycle test in China. All that is required is to ride 50 meters along the highway without falling off the bike. So far from the 300 Chinkys tested , they all failed.

Seems legit. In India, all you have to do is drive once round the parking lot. If you fail, you can just bribe the instructor to pass.
