A night out at Hooking Restaurant and Bar on La Plaisance Road, La Romain, ended in tragedy when a patron reportedly suffered a heart attack and died on the premises.

The deceased has been identified as Nigel Steven Peruse.

According to reports, Peruse collapsed while drinking with friends at the bar. Emergency services were contacted, but he was unresponsive and later pronounced dead at the scene.
