I used to manage a hospital social work dept. A more entitled bunch of cunts I've never had the pleasure of managing. Work shy, non patient focussed (not all of them) ignorant of pretty much everything except an inflated sense of their own worth and rights, they were a nightmare.

I had to clean out some old wood I tell you.

You'd go up to the dept. and every door would be shut and locked with the little windows in the doors covered over with paper so you could not see inside.

Fuck me, but the behaviour I had to deal with was just over the top.

I just wished I could deal with them like this guy did.

One bitch began acting strangely and took to sitting right in the doorway when we had our morning meeting to discuss cases. (whilst she was not rolling her eyes as I spoke.) I said to come in and close the door as we were discussing convidential patient info. Oh no, she couldn't as she was 'allergic' to another social workers perfume (a mate of mine).

Next thing she's sitting there with a hanky over her face. Then she gets up and runs to the toilet and lots of exagerated coughing noises. She came out and I asked her if she was OK. No, 'my hearts racing, and I feel ill.'

I got her at this point. I directed her to go to ED and get herself cleared. She came back, having over done it of course, with a note that said she could not work at all anywhere on the fifth floor (where the dept was). Perfect. She was gone soon after for good. What a total cunt. She so needed a good, healthy kicking...
