When my sister was in University she had a room mate from Asia that would go fossicking at the beaches around the rocks and bag up all kinds of ridiculous shit and cook it. I am surprised she never dropped dead from some of that stuff. It's pretty crazy how something as simple as undercooked fish could cause necrosis and require amputations.
