Police in San Jose, CA, smoke an as-of-yet unnamed carjacker who initiated a rolling gunfight after crossing county lines in a high-speed chase. After opening fire on officers and bailing from his car, police can be seen narrowly missing running him down with a cruiser. After coming around for another pass, the officer succesfully mauls the suspect with the cruiser at high-speed, sending him careening down the road, where a half-dozen responding officers then mag dumped and liquidated him as he tried to stand-up off the pavement. One police Sergeant who was involved was struck by return fire and is currently in the hospital in stable condition.
