Look at all the pain caused and resources sucked by this individual who offers nothing to the world and doesn't even want to be a part of it. The cost/benefit analysis argument does not always apply since human beings are complex, but clearly this is a case where everyone benefits from immediate execution.
There are some people who cannot be made whole no matter what mental health support they get, he surely qualifies as one of those people.

Its surprisingly easy if you have charisma and look like you belong, he didnt so i agree with you, but intellegence really doesnt have a ton to do with it, i mean some people get away with crimes that they made EVERY SINGLE POSSIBLE fucking mistake imaginable, but they got away with it because people are sheep and will believe anything someone says with confidence, even if they told them the sky was red theyd believe it.
Sure after a while youll slip up and get caught if you're an idiot, but you dont HAVE to be smart to be a serial killer, plenty of them in the past were just average intelligence or even below average intelligence.
