Looks like a medical.condition. I've seen load of videos with cats walking like this and the owners said what the condition was called ill have to look for it later
Maybe vestibular disease.

How does one go about putting a user on ignore when they don't allow access to their profile?
Locate the users name you would like to ignore in any thread, then either place your mouse cursor over or touch the users name under their profile picture. Select the Ignore button on the pop-up window displayed.

Thanks but that's the problem, I get a "this user limits those that can view their profile".

On a desktop, just hold your mouse cursor over the users profile image but do not click on the image.

On a mobile device I tap once on the users profile image. For example, in this screenshot I have tapped once on your profile image.

So late to the party. Cerebellar Hypoplasia.
Belikejosh on instagram. Comprehensive explanation and some videos of Josh, one rescued golden doodle that sparked their rescue of critters with neurological issues. Rescuers who follow the science without the magical thinking and religious crap about ‘gods plan’ that I see in too many rescues trying to separate you and your money. Cheers
