Looks like a medical.condition. I've seen load of videos with cats walking like this and the owners said what the condition was called ill have to look for it later

Thanks but that's the problem, I get a "this user limits those that can view their profile".
On a desktop, just hold your mouse cursor over the users profile image but do not click on the image.
On a mobile device I tap once on the users profile image. For example, in this screenshot I have tapped once on your profile image.

If it’s not normally like this (disabled) I’d say it’s a form of seizure. I have 3 and one has them. Not as severe as this but similar. She’s medicated for it
