Funny Catching fish

Forum Veteran
He has a fish in his cag pocket and takes one hand off the paddle whilst inverted to put it into his mouth before rolling up...

I used to be able to do these rolls but not sure if I can now.

Not only that I used to be able to do rolls without the paddle.

Of all the places to learn this skill it was in the swimming pool in Alice Springs during a season with the canoe polo club...

The trick is all in the hip flick. You pull down on the paddle blade to give yourself something to leverage off for the hip flick and at the same time lean back so your back is touching the kayak deck to reduce C of G and water resistance.

How the Eskimo ever figured this out I'll never know...
