It's hillarious but also sad. We collectively in the West had seemingly move beyond the need for these kinds of public punishments, but unfortunately we have imported people from the 3rd world who have now made these methods of punishment necessary once again. The useless justice system also makes it essential that kidnappers, thieves, child predators, etc. be dealt justice by the people themselves in the streets, because we all know the courts no longer impose the propper sentences anymore. It is vital that criminals do not think that just because the official justice system is broken that they won't be beaten to death in by the people's street justice system. Only through public punishment like this will other criminals be dissuaded rather than emboldened by a lack of repercussions.

How is the system broken? It's all fine and dandy until you are on the receiving end of it. Doesn't matter if you are guilty or innocent, street justice doesn't make that discernment.
