I love dry ribs from my local Chinese takeaway even though I hate the cunts.
I always wondered how the little yellow cunts cooked the ribs so got a niece planted in the takeaway to find out and.......she " NO..NO.... YOU GO NOW...NOT HERE...YOU GO "
Anyway.
Get 1KG Chinese seasoned pork ribs from your butcher/supermarket.
Line the fuckers up in an oven tray meat side up.
Cover the tray with foil.
Put in an oven for 50 minutes at 200 Fan....220 ordinary oven.
Take the foil off and put back in for 15/20 minutes.
Happy days.
It doesn't matter if you only have half the amount of ribs...it's the same time.
Get some fresh lemon. Squirt and enjoy.

3 time fried chips/fries.
