I think it all boils down to IQ, with kneegrows having the lowest and so consequently more poverty and crime. You could take all the japanese and move them to Haiti and move all the kneegrows in Haiti to Japan - and then in that case japan would become a sheethole and Haiti would be a modern high-tech economy.......everyone knows this in their heart of hearts - even liberals
