Looking at it, she was on the walkway. Those hand rails would have been easy to hold on to. However, she was massively obese. I dont think an even moderately healthy individual would have had the issues she did.

Her poor daughter. Cant reach her mom, knows what happened on thE bridge, doesnt put them together...but who would?
