Of course this was a tad too far of recourse. But I looked the story up and of course the media is describing the deceased as a "top top lad" such a good upstanding young citizen. And nothing about the fact he and his buddy beat and robbed, apparently possibly stabbed the boy the stole the ebike from that prompted this father to run his ass down. Fuck around fund out. Rip the worthy.

A 59-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a boy, 15, was killed in a crash on a housing estate.

Officers were called to a collision between a car and an electric bike on Rowrah Crescent, Middleton, shortly before 12:00 BST.

Greater Manchester Police said the teenager died at the scene and his family were being supported by officers.

The force said detectives were looking into an alleged theft - over which another 15-year-old boy has been arrested - before the collision.

Detective Chief Inspector Christopher Dean, from GMP's Rochdale district, said: "This terrible incident has seen the death of a teenage boy, and we are working hard to establish the full facts of this case, in what is the very early stages of an investigation.
