I love my kids for who they are, and they truly know this. I help them learn about their mind and emotions, and let them say whatever they want in our house as long as it respects each other. We are big on banter with no political correctness or woke bullshit. They can swear and use dark humour of any sort.

For example. My son or daughter will say something like “dad why did that happen”. I will say “because you are a retarded spastic”. They will then call me something equally kind and we have a good laugh.

I genuinely don’t need to discipline them. We are all nuts, but can tone it down outside the house when needed.

I said to my daughter, aged about 8, 'get to your room!'

My son, aged about 6, said 'are you going to fuck her daddy?'

I said, somewhat shocked, "Do you mean smack her?"

Son: "Yes daddy."

It was at this point I thought to myself, I really need to moderate my language around these kids as if he came out with 'when my sister was naugthy daddy fucked her' at school, I'd have found myself up shit creek...
