Bumped to include "lost" (or unreleased) footage of Alex Pretti's shooting by ICE, taken on Pretti's cell phone. The status of Pretti's POV video is currently unclear. It is unknown whether the video is in official custody of law enforcement, or if it even still exists. What is known is that Pretti was filming the encounter that led to his fatal shooting, and that whatever Pretti did manage to record has not been leaked or released to the public in any capacity.

Whatever your thoughts are on this highly polarizing and heavily politicized tragedy, releasing Pretti's POV footage (if it even still exists) could shed an even better light on what and how the shooting went down, beyond the footage that is already out there.

I'm so glad I've never seen it. I truly loved that man growing up. He inspired my hobby of venomous snake collecting and is the reason I've rescued two alligators, a handful of possoms, some racoons, and so many others. He taught me to love what others don't because all animals deserve to be loved and cared about.
